Within the app, navigation is free and does not consume your data, offering you the following functionalities:

• Check your balance and available bonuses.
• Transfer credit from your recharge balance.
• Activate and send bonuses using your line's credit.
• Activate and send bonuses using credit or debit card.
• Top up your own line or someone else's.
• Check and pay bills (Postpaid and Home customers).
• Subscribe to automatic debit for mobile postpaid and home bill payment.
• Check details of your plan (Postpaid and Home customers).
• Manage your internet service. You can change network name and password, share your connection, restart your modem, among others.
• Activate Premium content (Amazon Prime Video) for Postpaid and Home customers.
• Logout from all devices simultaneously.
• Notification center to keep you informed of promotions and new features.
• Conveniently rate our app through internal notifications.

Registration and Login:

The application allows registration through:

1. Password: We recommend this method as it offers all functionalities and allows you to manage multiple services at once (one or more mobile numbers + Tigo Home). You can choose to use either your phone number or email address.
2. PIN: Quick and simple registration for mobile customers. Allows you to manage only the corresponding line. Some functionalities may not be available until switching to password or email registration.
